12v Solar Panel
A 12v Solar Panel With 60 Watts Power Can Run Electrical Items
Many folk wonder if a 12v solar panel with 60 watt power would be suitable to power up anything at all in their home. Another uncertainty when contemplating moving over to solar energy for the home, is trying to visualize how it will look with all the panels erected and in place. Apart from the solar panels themselves, they will also need to have things like inverters and banks of batteries etc. Terms they hear being banded about like, solar cells, photovoltaic systems, pv cells etc. can confuse, but in reality they are just jargon used in the trade that will soon just be everyday conversation as the concept of solar power grows. These questions they have, can be a bit off putting to changing to harnessing the power of the sun.
With the initial outlay ranging from $10,000 to 30 and $40,000 depending on the size of the property being converted, it is a fair commitment of cash, although over time this will be recouped, as well as having the satisfaction of doing your bit for the planet. What we are paying for our present energy needs will not stay at today’s prices, indeed we will all have noticed the recent price hikes of the past few years. We have been warned that these price increases will be the norm, as the worlds resources are not infinite as we had first thought, but are rapidly running out and becoming more difficult to obtain. Which all adds up to making the move to solar power and other alternative remedies a sensible investment.
We also have an obligation to the younger generation to leave the planet in a more inhabitable condition. Much damage has already been done, which can be forgiven due to our ignorance and urge to make life better for all concerned. Nowadays we know better and have the opportunity to clean up our mess, still maintain a decent lifestyle and use the cleaner renewable energy resources we now have knowledge of.
